My experience, twice, has been the best. I needed to talk with customer service. The 1st was my own misunderstanding but Rylie was very patient & understanding. The 2nd was a flaw in 1 of 6 tees I had ordered. I reached out to Rylie, again and explained and sent a pic and the replacement tee is already on its way. I am very happy with this company and Rylie. Loving and living in my tees.

First Tshirt I ordered had a flaw in the fabric, resulting in a hole after washing. Customer service was very responsive and sent out a replacement tee promptly. It is rare to see this in this day and age!!
