Exchange/Return Policy


For US residents, you may exchange most new, unused clothing, within 100 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at Once we receive the item(s), we will send out your replacement. You will be responsible for shipping the original item(s) back to us. 

We are a small business, so while we are happy to exchange, we are not able to cover shipping fees of items sent back to us.  We will, however, cover the cost of sending out the new item(s) to you for US shipments only. Canadian and International shipments will be charged a shipping fee for the exchange. 

An order can only be exchanged once.


We'd be happy to accept a return and issue a refund. Please know that we don't send out return shipping labels and we do not refund shipping charges. Please email us at Once we receive the return, please allow 1-3 days for your refund to be applied.


  • Orders may be returned/exchanged within 100 days of the original purchase date
  • Only new unused clothing can be exchanged.
  • Original Shipping fees are not refunded or credited.  
  • Returns to your original payment method will incur a 5% restocking fee
  • Exchanges and Returns for store credit are free and do not incur a restocking fee.


  • The item was already exchanged 
  • Item has been worn, washed, used, dried or stained in any way
  • Items must be free of odors. Items containing cigarette smoke odors will not be eligible for an exchange.
  • Item was marked as Clearance - all clearance items are sold as is and are not returnable.
  • Item was refused upon delivery.
  • Item was a customized/personalized design.

These policies are only valid for purchases made on Any purchases made on third-party sites such as Etsy, Amazon, Jane have their own return policies which are stated on the respected websites.

Orders are limited to 1 discount code/coupon. Discounts cannot be combined.
