You have to feel these shirts to really appreciate how soft they are. I needed them for a birthday present, and they arrived in plenty of time.
I've bought different sweatshirts, sweatpants, and all sorts of shirts for myself and friends. MY choices of shirts and sweatshirts are almost all from BeCause now. Shopping with BeCause is always easy, although the webpage is a little clunky, and sale items are either XS or not available.
I don't like that one has to pay "insurance" for returns, etc. I think the (I hope it's still women-, family- owned and run and these reviews are part of looking to sell) company should stand behind the products without an insurance policy.
This is a wonderful small business. I have been happy with every purchase. The one time I had a seam come out in the wash and sent them a picture, they sent me a replacement toot sweet. I have several shirts and sweatshirts from here and only had one problem, which wasn’t much of a problem. Very ethical company, and bonus, there are real people running it.

I was overwhelmed by the outstanding customer service I received. I accidentally chose the wrong color and realized it after I completed the order. I sent an email asking if there was any way my mistake could be corrected. I received an affirmative reply first thing the next day (Monday). The staff is very personable and friendly. I received my shirt on Thursday - 4 days from placing the order. The product quality is outstanding, very soft cotton and the graphic design is very well done. I look forward to purchasing additional items from BeCause in the future. Very few businesses provide this high level of quality in both customer service and product while in addition, being so committed to the environment. I will be spreading the word about BeCause!

have bought 2 t-shirts and 2 towels so far, had to return the shirts because of me ordering the wrong size, but there was no problem with the return, and I received the larger size very fast
