I took a chance! The mystery sweatshirt is great I would have ordered just that print and color ! I ordered big for a comfy fit. Next time I may order smaller but I love it !
I absolutely love my hoodie pullover. It was my Surprise Mystery Purchase and it is a soft green shade with a beautiful Loon on it. This was a real surprise since Loon's are one of my favorite birds. The material is very soft and the size was perfect. I am 5'4" weigh 150lbs. I ordered a medium and it was a perfect fit. I previously ordered some of the tea towels and they are adorable too.
Loved my rose colored sweatshirt with Butterflies in a heart! 2XL fits great, allowing room for shirt under.
I have already bought 3 different colors and designs in the Slimfit Looped shirts! Some were on sale . Love all 3, fit great in 2X, not too big ! I liked the fit.

Two of the designs and colors were so ugly (and one was repulsively outdated and twee) I gave them away to charity. All were extremely too big, especially the sleeve length, even though I had Looked at their size chart carefully. Luckily I sew and will redo the sleeves and cuffs. I am a thrifty person and so these were a real disappointment. They are not refundable or returnable. I’d rate this purchase a zero if I could. I expected so much better from BeCause. WORD TO THE WISE: IF YOU WANT NICE DESIGNS AND COLORS CHOOSE THEM AND PAY FULL PRICE.

Where are the trees planted?
We're partnered with Veritree who plant the trees on our behalf. They're currently planting trees in Canada, Kenya, Madagascar, the United States, and Tanzania with plans to quickly expand to more sites in the coming months. What causes are supported through my purchase?
We plant 3 trees per order by donating to Veritree, and a portion of every order is donated to our charities: The Ocean Cleanup, National Forest Foundation, and Pollinator Partnership.

Where are your items manufactured?
While everything is drawn, printed, and shipped by us in Northern California, the article manufacturer's location varies depending on style and batch. Some of the factory locations include but aren't limited to, India, Mexico, Nicaragua, China, and Haiti.

We use US suppliers as much as possible, e.g., our Heavyweight 100% Cotton Long Sleeve Tees are made with sustainably grown USA cotton and sewn with USA cotton thread, so you can feel good about supporting American farmers.
Do your shirts fit true-to-size?
This is a difficult question to answer because everyone has a different body type and a different preference to what is their "ideal fit". We recommend you find your favorite fitting shirt in your closet and measure from armpit to armpit. Then, take a look at our size chart listed on each individual style and compare the measurements.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes! At Because Tees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to exchange or return an item, head to our Returns Portal to get started.
Customers can exchange or return their purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn or washed items. If you would like to exchange an item, please use our automated exchange system on our website. Once we receive the item(s), we will send your replacement. You will be responsible for shipping the original item(s) back to us.
For returns, you can use our automated return system on our website. Once we receive the return, please allow 1-3 days for your refund to be processed. Please note that we don't send return shipping labels or refund shipping charges.
Also, please be aware that we are a small business, so while we are happy to exchange, we cannot cover shipping fees for returned items. We will, however, cover the cost of sending out the new item(s) to you for US shipments only. Canadian and International shipments will be charged a shipping fee for the exchange. An order can only be exchanged once. Free Gifts cannot be exchanged or returned.

How should I care for my BeCause Tees shirt to ensure longevity?
To keep your BeCause Tees item looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend the following care instructions:
• Machine wash cold, inside out with similar fabrics to protect the fabric and design.
• Line dry or tumble dry on low to prevent shrinkage and preserve the fabric’s integrity.
Following these simple steps will help your item maintain its color, shape, and softness, allowing you to wear your cause proudly for years to come.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
During peak times, such as holidays or special promotions, production may take a bit longer — around 2-5 business days.
Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location and selected shipping option.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you have an in-person store?
We hope to someday open a Bricks-and-Mortar shop, but for now, we just run out of our office/warehouse!
