Our Maker tumbler is a 20 oz double wall stainless steel powder coated thermal bottle and is similar to our Skinny Tumbler with the exception of color and screw-on lid. The matte finish feels smooth to the touch. Copper vacuum insulation keeps drinks cold for up to 12 hours and keeps drinks hot for up to 5 hours.  We laser engrave the design for a strong durable finish. 

Comes with a screw-on sip lid and matching straw. The tumbler can be used with or without the reusable straw. Soft matte material may be susceptible to staining. Immediate hand-washing is advised if coffee or beverage spills on the exterior.

Love the fact that it is insulated and fits in my cup holder. Wish it came with a metal straw. Beautiful printing on the cup. I highly recommend this product.

Nice Tumbler

Very happy with the 20oz. White Tumbler. Keeps my water and juices cold and my coffee and other hot items warm. Do have problems with getting stains off outside of tumbler.

Where are your items manufactured?

While everything is drawn, printed, and shipped by us in Northern California, the article manufacturer's location varies depending on style and batch. Some of the factory locations include but aren't limited to, India, Mexico, Nicaragua, China, and Haiti.

We use US suppliers as much as possible, e.g., our Heavyweight100% Cotton Long Sleeve Tees are made with sustainably grown USA cotton and sewn with USA cotton thread, so you can feel good about supporting American farmers.

Do your shirts fit true-to-size?

This is a difficult question to answer because everyone has a different body type and a different preference to what is their "ideal fit". We recommend you find your favorite fitting shirt in your closet and measure from armpit to armpit. Then, take a look at our size chart listed on each individual style and compare the measurements. 

Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?

Yes! At Because Tees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to exchange or return an item, head to our Returns Portal to get started.

Customers can exchange or return their purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn or washed items. If you would like to exchange an item, please use our automated exchange system on our website. Once we receive the item(s), we will send your replacement. You will be responsible for shipping the original item(s) back to us.

For returns, you can use our automated return system on our website. Once we receive the return, please allow 1-3 days for your refund to be processed. Please note that we don't send return shipping labels or refund shipping charges.

Also, please be aware that we are a small business, so while we are happy to exchange, we cannot cover shipping fees for returned items. We will, however, cover the cost of sending out the new item(s) to you for US shipments only. Canadian and International shipments will be charged a shipping fee for the exchange. An order can only be exchanged once. Free Gifts cannot be exchanged or returned.

How should I care for my BeCause Tees shirt to ensure longevity?

To keep your BeCause Tees item looking its best for as long as possible, we recommend the following care instructions:

 

Machine wash cold, inside out with similar fabrics to protect the fabric and design.

Line dry or tumble dry on low to prevent shrinkage and preserve the fabric’s integrity.

 

Following these simple steps will help your item maintain its color, shape, and softness, allowing you to wear your cause proudly for years to come.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days to get your items to you as quickly as possible.


 

During peak times, such as holidays or special promotions, production may take a bit longer — around 2-5 business days.


 

Shipping Time: Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location and selected shipping option.


 

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you have an in-person store?

We hope to someday open a Bricks-and-Mortar shop, but for now, we just run out of our office/warehouse!
