Goblin Shark

The goblin shark is a fascinating and little-known creature. Found in deep waters around the world, this bizarre shark is characterized by its long, flattened snout, which houses electrical receptors that help it to find prey in the dark depths of the ocean. In addition to its unique appearance, the goblin shark is also notable for its method of feeding. Rather than using jaws to rip prey apart, the goblin shark uses suction to draw small fish and squid into its mouth. While the goblin shark is not considered dangerous to humans, it is certainly one of the strangest and most unusual creatures in the sea.
